VerriPro is a booking platform that connects individuals, families and care organisations with independent healthcare Professionals whose identity, right to work, DBS certificate, qualifications, insurance and references have been checked by the VerriPro team. Whether you need hourly care, overnight support, live-in help or specialist therapy, you can search, compare and book on VerriPro.

Step 2: Review verified profiles
Compare profiles showing services, experience, hourly rates and which checks have been completed.
Step 3: Book the care you need
Book and pay in the VerriPro Care app — hourly visits, overnight care, live-in support or shifts, on your schedule.

How VerriPro keeps care safe and clear

VerriPro is a platform that connects people and organisations with independent healthcare Professionals. Here is what we check, what we do and what we do not.

What VerriPro checks

Before a Professional can be found or booked, they upload these documents in the VerriPro Provider app and a member of the VerriPro team reviews them and approves the profile:

Photo ID and proof of address
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS certificate
Qualifications and training certificates
Professional registration (NMC, HCPC or GMC) where the role needs it
Professional indemnity insurance
Two references

The checks are made on the documents the Professional provides. They are not a guarantee, so please still satisfy yourself that a Professional is right for the care you need.

VerriPro’s role

VerriPro is a booking platform, not a care agency or an employer.
Professionals are independent: self-employed or paid through an umbrella company.
Only Professionals approved by our team appear in search. If a required document expires, they cannot take new bookings until a valid one is approved.

How payments work

You see the total cost in £, including the VerriPro platform fee, before you book.
You pay through VerriPro, not the Professional directly. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
The Professional is paid after the visit, once the timesheet is approved. If something went wrong, raise it in the app within 3 days and the payment is held while we look into it.

What Professionals are responsible for

The care they deliver, and working within their training and registration.
Keeping their documents, insurance and registration up to date.
Their own tax and National Insurance, as self-employed Professionals or through their umbrella company.

How VerriPro checks Professionals

Every Professional on VerriPro goes through the same review before they can be found or booked.

Step 1: The Professional uploads documents

In the VerriPro Provider app: photo ID, proof of address, right to work, an enhanced DBS certificate, qualifications, training, insurance and, where the role needs it, professional registration.
Step 2: The VerriPro team reviews them

We review each document for the role and collect two references before a profile can be approved.
Step 3: Approved or not approved

If anything is missing, expired or cannot be confirmed, the profile is not approved and the Professional cannot be found or booked.
Step 4: Profile goes live

Clients can then find the Professional by postcode. If a required document expires later, they cannot take new bookings until a valid replacement is approved.
